Kristin brings a wealth of experience to Surrey and a deep commitment to helping older adults live fully. Kristin began her career as a social worker. Her work and community involvement has focused on enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Most recently, she served as Division Director for Bayada Home Healthcare with oversight of Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. There, she was responsible for operational management; short and long term strategic planning and innovation; and service expansion. Kristin also has served as Chairperson of the Philadelphia Walk to End Alzheimer’s for ten years, growing participation to become the largest Walk in the United States.

Cathleen Callaway has 20+ years’ experience as a nurse, most recently as an RN Geriatric Care Manager. She enjoys working with older adults and uses a holistic approach – taking into account their physical, psychological, and social needs. Cathleen received her nursing degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Jacky has been the Personal Finance Manager at Surrey Services for 11 years. Prior to joining Surrey, Jacky had 10 years of banking experience with JP Morgan Chase. Jacky holds a BA in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and an MBA from Drexel University in Financial Management. She is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers.
Terry is a compassionate Care Coordinator and advocate for her clients. She is experienced working in home care and hospital settings. Terry is skilled in case management and has more than 13 years of experience as a palliative care coordinator. She holds an RN-BSN from West Chester University.
